Word of Life 1 John 1:1

If God were sinful like man, we would have no hope. In the bible, God reveals himself to the mankind as holy, righteous and just. So much so that he cannot tolerate sin. But there is one problem, WE are sinful and our sins have separated us from God. The bible says,

for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, -Romans 3:23

God requires sacrifice for sin so he sent his Son, Jesus Christ, to pay for our sins. Even the life, death and resurrection of Jesus was prophesied.

But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. -Romans 5:8,9

And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day." Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me has everlasting life. -John 6:40,47

"Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life. -John 5:24

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. -John 3:16,17

for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, -Romans 3:23,24

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. -Romans 6:23

But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. -Romans 5:8,9

that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. -Romans 10:9,10

And that's what the bible is about. It's an epic drama about restoring the relationship between God and mankind and more exciting than any movie you will ever see. It's about good verses evil and sin verses righteousness. Prophecy is God's ability to tell us how the story ends. God has authenticated his message to mankind with his 100% accuracy rate demonstrating that he made everything in the universe including time. No one else can make that claim but God alone.

Do you want to believe in Jesus Christ and be saved from the judgement that is coming upon this planet? I used to study bible prophecy and read the news separately, but in the past few years I find myself inadvertently doing both at the same time. Some days when I read the bible I feel like I'm reading the news and when I listen to the news on the radio it seems I'm hearing bible prophecy. This is because the end is so near!

Waiting until after the great tribulation starts to make Jesus your Lord and Savior is not a good idea. Already there is a great deal of deception in this world, but the bible says it will get even worse after the great tribulation begins. 2 Thessalonians 2:1-12

Jesus said,

Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me. -Revelation 3:20

If you want Jesus to forgive you of your sins and receive eternal life, say this prayer now:

Dear Father in heaven, I know I have sinned against you and I am in need of your salvation. I believe that you sent Jesus Christ to die for my sins and that he rose from the dead and that he is coming again soon. Please forgive me of all my sins, cleanse me from all unrighteousness and write my name in the book of life. In the name of Jesus Christ I pray, Amen.

Just saying this prayer wont buy you a ticket into heaven. You must believe it in your heart.

that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. -Romans 10:9,10

Did you say that prayer to God just now? Check out what the Apostle John has to say about that:

But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us. -1 John 1:7-10
